Sissoco are a four piece West African style group consisting of Kora, Guitars, Hammered Dulcimer, Vocals and percussion, specializing in Kora songs, handed down from Griot masters from The Gambia and Senegal.
David has been travelling to The Gambia since 1999, studying African Drumming, Balafon, Singing, and more recently the Kora under the expert guidance of his teacher Solo Sissoko a Griot masters from The Gambia.
